In this installment of Root, Diego recounts the work he's produced so far in his creative career leading to the writing + self-publishing of his productivity book 'The Rhythm of Doing'. In the process of presenting 'the Rhythm of Doing' at local events, he decided to explore painting rhythm as a visual extension of the book. This led to a deep dive into the medium of painting and exploring abstract expressionism.

Diego is a filmmaker and the creator of 3R. He loves telling the true stories of artists, musicians, and local businesses all around New York and New Jersey. After years of making awesome videos, he is now working on his two biggest dreams: directing his very first full-length movie, and building a streaming app to bring the local creative community together.
